“Grab – a – Grand” – The Hastings Training Fund
The Hastings Training Fund was created to help local businesses
train their staff to maximise the potential of the business, the
individual and Hastings as a whole. Under the Headline of ‘Grab
a Grand’ the project was launched in final quarter of 2006 to a
hive of interested parties and quickly outstripped all
expectations ensuring over £80,000 was paid into the town by the
end of April 2007.
As the project prepares to launch its new phase for a new
financial year there is expected to be just as much interest and
the help that is available is being especially focussed towards
addressing market imbalances that have occurred in the past.
In order to apply you will need to contact Sussex Enterprise on
0845 67 888 67 or by email info@sussexenterprise.co.uk in order
to receive an application pack and as long as all the
eligibility criteria are fulfilled funding can be provided for
anything up to £1,000 of the cost of training.
Remember! – free Town Centre Management membership for 12 months
for businesses training staff in Customer Service skills and the
Hastings and St Leonards Customer Service Award on completion of
the course
