This all-new Town Centre Partners scheme provides mutual benefits. If businesses choose to invest in the town we give you valuable add-on benefits which, when permed with other benefits such as direct access to the “corridors of power” and preferential access to business information, creates a very attractive package.

Any business that becomes a Town Centre Partner AUTOMATICALLY becomes a member of either Shopwatch or Barwatch. This ensures excellent value for money.

And you win several times over! You get a say in how your money will be re-invested in the town in the form of better marketing or cleaner and safer streets, for example. But it doesn’t end there. Hastings has become skilled in re-investing money as a “match” for Government, European or Lottery funds for new town centre projects.

We recognise that circumstances are different. A large, multiple store with a long high street tradition will have different resources available to a newly established, independent trader, for example. This investor scheme acknowledges those differences by offering a banded fee structure linked to the size of the business and the range of benefits chosen.

So, with prices starting at around 17p per day you can support your town and enjoy business benefits worth substantially more. Even at the lowest level of entry we are able to offer you 24/7 website advertising, preferential business promotion, stock loss reduction schemes, exclusion orders etc amongst other things. At the higher level we can offer a wider package including radio links with the Police and CCTV, heavily discounted advertising and cost saving benefits.
